We deliver every day except Sunday, and Karachi orders can be delivered same day up to 10 p.m. Please record a video while opening your parcel — damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days for a replacement. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (COD only).

Deliveries run every day except Sunday and follow a route schedule, so we can confirm your date one day ahead. Karachi can be same day, up to 10 p.m.

You film the unboxing
Please record a video as you open the parcel. If anything arrives damaged or defective, that video is what lets us replace it — tell us within 2 days.

Where do your products come from?
Everything we stock is imported from the USA, UAE and UK in the brand's original packaging. Fitbea is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we carry. If you have a question about a specific item before ordering, email us or message us on Instagram.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Orders above PKR 10,000 need a partial advance, which we'll confirm when we call about your order. Paying by bank transfer takes 5% off with the code BANKOFF5 — note that bank transfer orders can't be refunded unless the item arrives damaged.
Can I cancel my order?
Cash-on-delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Just get in touch and we'll take care of it.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver every day except Sunday. Karachi orders can be delivered the same day, up to 10 p.m. Our couriers run on a route schedule, so we can confirm your delivery date a day in advance. If you need it for a specific date, please order at least 3 days ahead.
Can I return or exchange it?
Please record a video while opening your parcel. If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days and we'll replace it. We can't accept returns for change of mind, and opened cosmetics can't be returned for hygiene reasons — so message us for a shade recommendation before you order. Exchanges are considered case by case; the replacement must cost the same or more, and re-delivery charges apply.
What if my shade is out of stock?
Sold-out shades stay listed and greyed out so you can still see the full range. Message us and we'll let you know if it's due back.
